An organized labor movement seeking to unify the workers of Arcadia against exploitation by offworld corporations and local power brokers. The movement receives financial and organizational support from the Cobalt Syndicate.

The Syndicalists organize strikes, work stoppages, collective bargaining, and worker education. They oppose the Golden Triangle Company, Waterbarons, and Haridasva Cartel—viewing all three as exploiters of Arcadian labor.

They share common cause with The Sai Peoples, who also resist exploitation of their traditional lands and way of life.
