The Night Speakers are mystics with dark proclivities, trained in the forbidden Night Voice psychic discipline. They seek dangerous Precursor artifacts and speak to voices from beyond the stars, operating from the haunted catacombs of Celeva.

Those trained in Night Voice develop distinctive features: pitch black eyes and resonating voices with otherworldly timbre. They wear masks—removing the mask can unleash devastating power. The discipline involves shadow manipulation, gravitational control, and communion with something they call “the Night.”

What the Night actually is—whether Precursor AI, extradimensional entity, psychic phenomenon, or something else—remains unclear even to the Night Speakers themselves. They pursue occult knowledge and ancient technology, exploring the deepest reaches of Celeva’s catacombs and the corrupted data stored in ancient engrams.
