The Golden Triangle Trading Company holds an exclusive monopoly on all trade within the Golden Triangle sector, granted by the Al-Dahabian Caliphate. They operate major facilities at Port Nusantara near Suluna, a factory outpost on Serambi, and extensive operations on Arcadia.

The Company backs its commercial interests with military force: a large well-armed merchant fleet and Janissary corps—elite bio-engineered soldiers bred for combat excellence, with suppressed emotions and enhanced reflexes. After a lifetime of service, Janissaries are freed.

All Company operations are bound by stringent Sharia Law, affecting contract terms, profit-sharing, personnel conduct, and treatment of contraband. Ships leased or gifted by the Company remain technically Company property, with operators required to share profits and avoid actions contravening religious law.

The Company’s enemies include the Cobalt Syndicate, Maelstrom Corsairs, and smugglers who threaten their monopoly.
